Create the order as usual but on the shipping page; select type of a label
Add Return Label - this will print the shipping label and a return label
Return Label Only - this will only print a return label
If PO Number is not known or if using different account as
the original PO
1. Create a regular order:
Ship From should reflect the original Ship From
address
Ship To should reflect the original address of the
recipient
2. Select RETURN LABEL ONLY on the Freight Information
section
3. Proceed as regular order, generate label and send to the
consignee.
If you know the original PO Number and if using the same account as the original PO
1. search the PO
2. COPY the order
3. The original order will show - provide the same PO Number and Reference No. and suffix with 'RET'
4. Select RETURN LABEL on the Freight Information section
