When creating a scheduled task make sure 'run as' is set to BILSIAdmin

- initial issue was the services was running under BHI\Administrator account

so it cannot write to the FTP folder because it is on the DMZ (not BHI)

to fix this we created a user BILSIAdmin in SRV-FS-2 and us it to run the scheduled tasks for Hermes and BBM Integration

- second progle is that BILSIAdmin is only a local account in the server

  not a domain account - so it doesn't have a P: drive

so in the config file, instead of pointing to P: we change it to use the OP address \\192.168.06\Data$\Public\ or \\192.168.06\Public\ (points to the same)
